Four locations, one night, and one Arkansas Climate Accord

Statewide Accord will be streaming speakers and action from other gala events throughout the evening.  

Wine-a-thon - we will be taking phone orders for wine live from the Altus event all evening!

Join the pre-release of Splinters beginning at 10 AM!  Enjoy wine, cheese and Rock -n- Roll with Peer Reviewed. FAYETTEVILLE - An Evening in Paris, 5:30 - 8:00 pm, St. Paul’s Episcopal Church Parish Hall, 224 N. East Ave., Live music by Block Street Hot Club. A wonderful catered meal to include fresh French baguettes!

FORT SMITH - River Walk then Wine, 5:00 - 8:00 pm, Riverfront Events Bldg. WEST, 121 Riverfront. Music with  Still on the Hill ((, Guest speaker Chris McRae of Solar Under the Sun, Delicious meal catered by R&R Curry Express

LITTLE ROCK - Turning up the Heat on Climate Solutions, 5:30 - 8:30 pm, New Deal Salon & Galleries, 2003 S. Louisiana Ave., Live music from Buh Jones & Sarah Cecil. Selections of tasty food courtesy of  China Plus Buffet & Star of India.

About Us

The Arkansas chapters of Citizens' Climate Lobby are dedicated to the idea that addressing climate change can benefit both our economy and natural way of life.

We each call Arkansas home and all are eager to preserving the beauty of our state, while simultaneously growing the economy.  To further this vision you can find any one of our members engaging in:

  • Informative presentations to the community
  • Lobbying members of congress
  • raising funds and awareness for the betterment of Arkansas and its residents

ARKCCL empowers Arkansans to advocate for a healthy environment and climate change solutions through education, encouragement and engagement.

Because of the success, the Citizens' Climate Lobby of Arkansas (CCL-AR) has had in promoting action on climate change and obtaining financial support the leaders of the group came together to form the Arkansas Citizens’ Climate League (ARKCCL) to create the nonprofit support for climate and environmental action in Arkansas. ARKCCL was established to build civic commitment for climate change action and education in Arkansas by empowering its citizens. Currently, ARKCCL is working with local chapters of the Citizens’ Climate Lobby to provide resources for emerging leader training and provide access to educational opportunities at the state and local level. A key focus of support is to provide these emerging community climate leaders access to training and education offered trough the Citizens’ Climate Education program.

ARKCCL is established within the meaning of IRS Publication 557 Section 501(c)(3) Organization of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code") or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code and shall be operated exclusively as set forth in the articles of incorporation. these by-laws specify various matters affecting the operations and governance of ARKCCL.
