On the morning of April 22nd Climate League Assistant Administrator Tara McDaniel and Resource Center Manager Jerminic Knauls arrived at Antioch for Youth & Family for Anitoch’s USDA food distribution event. Before the doors opened, Jerminic and Tara shared information with those waiting in line about Project Concern, an initiative through the City of Fort Smith, Arkansas, and the Weatherization Assistance Program offered by Crawford-Sebastian Community Development Council. They handed out applications for the programs and their contact information for follow up.  Once they ran out of applications, Tara and Jerminic helped with the food distribution.  They plan to return to Antioch again next week.
